OMG I FINALLY FINISHED MY STUPID ICT COURSEWORK PLAN.

However, I still have other stuff such as chinese, geo, math D:
but oh well im glad i fnished, now i have a huge headache becuase of staring at the screen for like 5 hours. -.-
On the other hand, I decorated my footy boots now they look so amazing :D
I wrote a couple of bible verses on it, and coloured it and stuff. God will guide us in the ESF Tourny next week :)
Next week’s a big week! Wednesday there’s cross country which I’m pretty sure I’ll die becuase I’d have PE first, Sports Studies 2nd, and Cross country’s 5th so yeah. THEN after that i’d have football training.. i hope i wont pass out HAHA :)
And on thursday I have a Physics test.. I didnt revise at all and im pretty sure ill fail it. all those equations and stuff are so annoying.
OH WELL. Training tomorrow with my good friends, that’ll be fun :)

hahah okay i had a coach over summer to train me and tony for running, and he said me and him were too fat LMAO.
so then, just like if you eat something, make sure you need it.
like if you drink a bonactive, and youre not doing sports, it’ll make you fat.
yeah exercising in the morning is good, but you shuld just be doing inactive exercises like pushups, situps and stuff xD
running at 5, you’ll feel bad afterwards and you’ll probably lose all your glucose and that wont help either..

got up at 7.50 in the morning, nearly forgot there was training with hjk at 8.15 hAHHA :D
anywayss, training was pretty “fun”, me and hjk made up this circuit routine, where we hopped alternatively on each leg for 50m, sprinted 50 m, hopped up the bridge with one leg, down with the other, then did stair workouts :D
HAHAH, let’s hope it actually does somethign gooood for ou competition on Nov 14th.
ANYWAYS, my grandpa’s birthdya tomorrow he’s 93 o.O happy birthday!
church today was okay, then lunch was okay, but my mom’s sick so i hope she gets well, so pray for her! :)
Ellison from our church told us to think more when we’re praying, make better choices for prayers.. I pray for my friend, who needs serious help on dealing with issues, and trying not to hate that many people and create more enemies..
